License & User Account Hierarchy: Accounts are tied to a single primary organization admin who controls user invitation, role assignment, and access privileges. Licenses are strictly per-user and cannot be shared among multiple individuals.
Data Ownership & Intellectual Property: Users retain complete ownership of all data uploaded or created within Ftisuite applications. Ftisuite explicitly disclaims ownership over customer data.
Strict Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): Ftisuite enforces active monitoring against spamming, bulk cold emailing via non-mass-emailing modules, unauthorized automated scraping, hosting malicious scripts, or breaching system rate limits across APIs.
Free vs. Paid Plan Service Discontinuance: Inactive free accounts are subject to permanent termination and data deletion after 120 consecutive days of inactivity, preceded by email warnings. Paid accounts enter a grace period upon non-renewal before data purging occurs.
Payment, Taxes & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. Ftisuite imposes local indirect taxes (such as VAT/GST or sales tax) based on the user's billing address unless valid tax exemption documentation is supplied.
Data Privacy & Regional Processing: Ftisuite adheres to global data privacy standards (including GDPR and CCPA) through its integrated Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Customer data is pinned to regional data center locations based on the account creation origin (e.g., US, EU, IN, AU, JP).
Limitation of Liability & SLA Credits: Ftisuite limits its aggregate legal liability to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability. For service uptime drops below guaranteed thresholds, remedies are limited to service credits rather than monetary refunds.
